Drugs and Criminal issues

Crime

I am against the three letter agencies like the FBI violating the civil liberties of Americans . From going after parents who protest the CRT, to their raids on former Trump officials, to the illegal spying it is clear our civil liberties are being threatened by these bullies

My views on the FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Mara Lago estate generally echo Fox News views on this. That raid was petty, partisan, over the top and in bad taste. It could have been handled better by the FBI, at the very least.

I am against trolls making death threats against and harassing Supreme court justices over their Roe v Wade ruling. Those trolls should be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law. If it was pro life protestors doing that to pro choice judges, the MSM and left would be in a uproar

I am against those fringe pro choice protestors harassing churches and pro life centers over Roe v Wade. Those fringe pro choice protestors should be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law

I use to be radically anti authority but I mellowed out due to SJWs making me more sympathetic to authority

I am generally against some aspects of Criminal Justice Reform. I believe being tough on crime is a well intentioned effort to fight against crime.

I support Justice Action (Australia). They help prisoners who are often victims of punitive and harsh punishments and I applaud the work they do in helping them

The Denver PSL organizers should not have been arrested as they did nothing wrong in their 2020 protests . The PSL have always been anti police long before BLM existed, so its to be expected the PSL would protest against police, its not like it was a non anti police group protesting police violence in which case I would back off

I condemn people disrespecting the police (like throwing things at them, spitting on them, harassing them, calling for violence against them). I echo some of David Clarke’s pro police views

I am neutral lean support for a bill that would enhance hate crime data collection but only to be used as a rough spiritual outline and to provide community centered solutions to assist hate crimes victims and their communities etc

There is no way to know who commits more crimes against Asians (I feel the Project Veritas report is a bit suspect so I can’t trust it). But blaming whites for Asian hate crimes is ‘color of crime’  rhetoric and thus wrong

Some stats do show whites do commit the majority of hate crimes in America (53% of hate crimes); far more than blacks do (23 percent)

Crimes committed by blacks should be reported the just as much and in the same exact way as crimes committed by whites are reported.

I am alt far centrist on whether I believe that blacks commit more crimes against whites than non whites do.

I have seen many horror stories of murders committed by all races and ethnicities against each other, each horrific in their own unique way.

I don't believe it is racist to say that one race commits more crime against another race, I believe it is just impulsive bordering on Archie Bunker ignorant, misses the bigger point and doesn't do anything to address such violence along in a meaingful way and thus it allows all violence to continue since by pointing fingers instead of making our communities safer from criminals of all races and ethnicities they are showing they care less about people and more about political games.

I condemn people disrespecting the police (like throwing things at them, spitting on them, harassing them, calling for violence against them).

The police should not be defunded or abolished. We need to build more positive relations with therapists, social workers, Religious leaders/Chaplains and similar agencies in our communities to help tag along with police and maybe be guest police at times for specific non violent crimes freeing police officers to focus on areas of our communities where they are needed. We also need to get police to deescalate instead of escalate dangerous encounters with perps.

If misled people want to stop perceived police brutality, police departments across the country should hire BLM members and anti police brutality activists as police officers since they would be the least likely people to use brutality on suspects.

Blacks call the police more than non blacks so its counterproductive for them to get the police abolished or even defunded (since the latter hampers police)

I do wish all police in the US were like Andy from the Andy Griffin Show (ie that all police in the US were friendly, compassionate lawmen who want people to respect them for their integrity and commitment to justice, rather than fear them for their gun (which they should rarely carry)

If the police are abolished we'll have vigilantism which would be a positive side effect of that so maybe the police being abolished wouldn't be that bad if it lead to vigilantism (like in the Death Wish movies but ONLY if vigilantes comply with this former police officer's guidelines for police officers http://normstamper.com/about Another good thing is if we abolish the police we can make gun ownership a human right and everyone can stock up on guns and get easier access to guns. But in that world , 1870s-1960s NRA like training , voluntary gun self control (instead of the 1870s-1960s NRA’s gun control) and similar measures would need to be implemented to make that practical along with a new criminal justice system based on the democratic organization of the working class and its right to defend its class interests on the basis of solidarity and unity

At worst I wouldn't mind seeing the Guardian Angels brought back and expanded throughout the US and used in place of cops in some specific instances.

I am against Rashida Tlaib's senseless, illogical proposal to empty prisons. Prisons (all prisons) should be a fixture of society and getting rid of prisons is one the worst ideas I have ever heard. I will fight to make sure she never gets her way with that. Though less prisons= less right wingers in prisons, but whatever

I am mixed on Ban the Box

I am against the Death Penalty being legal however there is something intriguing about people celebrating inmates being executed (like people watching gladiator fights in the Colisseum) in that it is not something you except in the modern era but that evil hypocritical anti life behavior of those people celebrating executions and the Death Penalty itself is still wrong.  Any pro death penalty person should learn what its like to go through being on death row before they decide support the death penalty. In saying that, at worst, not allowing the executed criminal know they are being executed (like how Cyril O'Reilly was lead to be executed without knowing he would be executed) is less offensive than the alternative

Drugs/Alchohol/Stealing

I am against Fentanyl, ,Cocaine , Heroin, LSD , Synthetic Marijuana, Purple Haze, Crystal Meth and Crack being legalized or decriminalized for rec use

I am empathetic to support non synthetic Marijuana being legalized for medical use. I also am open minded to to possibly able to live with one or the other:

Either have non synthetic Marijuana always being illegal for rec use but at the same time giving cops the option and maybe encouragement to not enforce non synthetic Marijuana laws which I knowingly know that they would not enforce the vast majority of the time effectively making non synthetic Marijuana legal for rec use

OR have non synthetic Marijuana be legal for rec use on the condition that the user grows it themselves and doesn't give it to anyone they don't live with or are real close to and doesn't sell it (but they get no help from the government or state in growing it) AND they only can grow a limited amount in addition (not set in stone) along with them paying a high dowry/tribute along with relatively high taxes to the government state for growing it .Something like what George Soro advocated for here https://www.georgesoros.com/1997/02/02/the-drug-war-cannot-be-won/ in the 1990s but that jives with the above

I don't care if non synthetic Marijuana is decriminalized for rec use as long as the penalty for it is noticeably more than the penalty for Oregon hard drug users who are caught with hard drugs in addition to requiring non synthetic Marijuana users who are caught with weed to do community service (not a lot just the amount i did for my confirmation).

Drug trafficking should always be illegal with drug traffickers going to prison for that for years

All jobs should drug test employees for Marijuana, Cocaine (powder and injection), Crack, LSD and Heroin etc

I am between somewhat support and symbolic support for legalizing hemp

People should NOT use Fentanyl, Marijuana (unless they can give me a 'good excuse'), Cocaine (powder or injection), Heroin, LSD , Crystal Meth, Purple Haze or Crack for rec use ever. Just say no. If people want to be cool and rebelous there are conservative ways to do so that aren't morally wrong.

I am half heartily tolerant of decriminalizing brown sugar Heroin (for microscopic amounts way less than the smallest currently legal amount of Marijuana, if they are caught with any amount above that it is prison) where the penalty for the first few times for those small amounts is a huge fine and ‘optional’ drug education while the penalty for the 4th time caught and above for those microscopic amounts way less than the smallest currently legal amount of Marijuana is being sentenced to Attendance Centres (as in the UK) for 2 to 5 years as an alternative to prison along with allowing the extremely limited private cultivation of coca (Cocaine) to be legal in the US as in Bolivia.

I support legalizing Hydrocodone, and Oxycodone where they are legally sold just like Codeine is currently sold ie in small doses without a Px along with legalizing Naloxone

Hard drug users should be released from prison more than somewhat sooner but sent after prison to social education (with teachers who are ‘tough’) and then rehabilitation camps that are fused with private or federal halfway houses

I also support mandatory minimum sentencing for hard drug convicts only if it would allow those hard drug convicts who show good behavior and reform in prison to be transferred from prison to county jails and then to probation (they'd get less time in prison than they would with even more liberal mandatory minimum sentencing laws, but the totality of their sentencing including jail and probation would be longer than the more conservative mandatory minimum sentencing laws).

However, they would be encouraged in prison, jail and out of jail to get drug counciling and be treated in prison and jail as humane as the UN would treat them in prison and jail (without too many perks though)

Repeat hard drug offenders who refuse treatment should get way harsher prison sentences than they do now

I don't want Alcohol and Liquor to be sold at theme parks, or at outdoor restaurants.

I support blue laws and believe they should be implemented all 50 states with care and pragmatically (but 'liberally' the other type of liberally as in all over the place)

Stealing is wrong and people should go to prison for stealing.
